Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for all technical requests including, but not limited to API-related issues, webhook support, and integration development
  • Create, maintain and update resources and technical documentation for the Pandium developer community
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback based on customers’ experiences and needs

You should have:

  • 3-5 years experience working in a SaaS and/or tech organization (B2B startup is a plus)
  • Experience supporting customers through various channels including slack, video call, and email
  • Ready to work at an early-stage startup and take proactive ownership of customer and developer support
  • 1+ years of coding and development experience, equivalent development education, or coding/developer support experience
  • Demonstrated ability to understand basic coding languages
  • Experience working with a wide range of user personas
