Customer Service Representative/Office Clerk (Kingston)
Distribution Company in Jamaica is currently seeking to fill the position of Office Clerk/Customer Service Representative at its Kingston location. Job BriefWe are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to liaison with customers and provide product/ service information and solve customers’ concerns/queries and deal with customers orders with accuracy and efficiency. Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in the above mention areas.Duties & Responsibilities:Manage high level of incoming callsMaking outgoing calls to potential and existing customersProviding excellent customer service at all timesHandling customers queries with appropriate solutions in a timely mannerPerforming administrative dutiesGenerate sales leadBuild sustainable relationships with customersFollow communication procedures and guidelinesData entry skills along with a knack for numbersExtensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointIdentify and assess customers needs Handling customers orders as they are called in/sent in by repsBe knowledgeable about the products provided by company and the ability to absorb new information quickly to keep up with changesGood telephone manners, including clear speech and the ability to understand persons with accents or speech impediments Note-taking, record-keeping, and organizational skillsRequirements:Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in a Customer Service positionExcellent communication skillsCustomer focusedMust be an active listenerBe computer literateProfessional and FlexibleGood at MultitaskingBe sales orientedPositive and Friendly attitudePunctualKnowledge of QuickBooks is an assetOrganizedPlease email your resume to [email protected] short listed applicants will be contacted.
